John J. Loughlin II, of Tiverton, Rhode Island,
was born March 3, 1959 in Worcester, Massachusetts. He is married to the former Susan J. Brush of Scituate, RI, and has two daughters, Victoria, age 15 and Carrie,
age 4. John attended the Howard W. Hathaway Elementary School in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, and graduated from Lincoln Senior High School in Lincoln. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the State University of New York.
