and is valid for 1 year from date of issuance. A certified copy of Marriage License is
$18.00.

Persons under 18 must have
notarized consent of parent or legal guardian.
Persons under 16 must have
notarized consent of parent or legal guardian and a court order.
Proxy Marriages are not
allowed.
Common Law Marriages are not
allowed.
Same Sex Marriages are not
allowed.
