Come bounce With Me

I recently purchased a 2002 Dodge Ram from Lou Grubb Dodge located @ 16406 N 26th Ave Phoenix, AZ. 85023 Sales Person: Mark Krems.  I have had the truck for a little over a month and have had a few problems.  One of the major problems I am experiencing is a vibration while on the highway.  The vibration is severe enough to cause my wrist to go numb as well as my foot on long drives.  I have had this in for service and the dealer as well as Dodge are telling me that this is an inherent problem with the vehicle.  This is a standard answer for we can't help you so go away.  I have requested to return the truck for a new one but my requests have gone un-answered.  When I went on-site the first time they had me take out two identical trucks and they both had the same exact issue.  I am asking for either my money back or a replacement vehicle and have been refused.  This is my attempt to ensure everyone is aware of these problems.  I plan on being on-site at the dealer every Saturday and Sunday with my son to also hand out flyers and free candy.  Come join me if you will and show your support.  This is just another way the big guys are stepping on the little guys and I am not going to take it.
