Dave's Mediterranean Campaign

The year is 1100 AD.  The sparks of the renaissance are in the air. Alfonso VI of Leon (yes, The Great Alfonso) has taken Toledo (Madrid) 15 years before and is moving his capital there. Soon the Empire of Leon will become the kingdom of Castile. 150 years before the Great Schism (but the religious turmoil is just starting). The Knights Templar founded.  The first crusaders.
