The Russian government has announced today that, due to a lack of funding, they'll need to cut back on their space program. As of June 2002, Russia will no longer be sending manned spacecraft to orbit the earth and beyond. They will, however, be concentrating on projecting hand puppets on the moon. Russia's biggest foreseeable challenge at this time is the building of the giant flashlight.
