Here are views of the High Power Rifle Silhouette targets. You will see the sighters are fixed to steel posts.
Here the match is shot 5 at a time, then a pause for target setters to rest the targets for the next set of 5. Not like the Smallbore where all targets for that relay are ready when you come to the line to shoot. This is because of the larger scale of the targets in the High Powered Rifle Silhouette. At the High-Power match, there are target setters that remain in bunkers behind the dirt pile to reset the targets during the cease-fire.
