EasyFocus Stepper Motor Controller from James Lacey This is a unipolar stepper motor focus controller that will work with just about any 12V unipolar stepper motor and is pin-for-pin compatible with the popular Robofocus stepper motors. This controller works with any ASCOM compliant program such as FocusMax and others. It is an absolute focuser and provides for excellent auto-focusing results . To see a typical VCurve Wizard run using the EasyFocus Controller click here. These units are built using solid-state electronics that greatly increase reliability and robustness. The EasyFocus Stepper controller is an absolute focus controller which insures that focusing is precise and pinpoint accurate. To top it all off it includes a built-in solid-state temperature sensor and the ability to perform temperature compensated focusing! This unit comes with a serial cable and a motor cable as well as an ASCOM driver that is available on James Lacey's website here.
