The Pray Rhode Island Ministry was established for the purpose of encouraging Rhode Islanders to keep our government officials in continual prayer by stressing the importance of prayer for our nation and our leaders as instructed in 1 Timothy 2:1,2 "I urge then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone -for kings and all those in authority, that we may lead peaceful and quiet lives in godliness and holiness." NIV

It is my desire to connect and be a connector with other ministries in our State. To connect ministries together so we may encourage one another. God’s word tells us in Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 “Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble...A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer.
