St. Rita Parish Happenings

Parish Food Closet: Peanut and jelly are staples in every food bag and are always appreciated.  The Parish Food Closet has a particular need at this time for canned meats, canned fruit and fruit juices.

 
Feeding the Hungry at Christ House: St. Rita volunteers make and serve the evening meal at Christ House on a monthly basis. Canned fruit is part of the menu. We’d like to keep a supply on hand for pick-up when necessary. Large cans are the best for this project and can be dropped off at anytime (along with your food closet donations). No crushed pineapple or apple sauce for Christ House! Call Susanne Arnold for more information, 703-683-5138.
