HOW ABOUT RAIN-OUTS?

| IF YOU ARE A HOST SCHOOL: |
| As Soon As Possible- |
| 1. Notify your opponent |
| 2. Notify the officials (SCOTT ZUCKERMAN: szucker1@san.rr.com) |
| 3. Notify the Tournament Director: |

| IF YOU ARE A VISITING SCHOOL (and you believe there might be rainout): |
| 1. Call the host school to verify the match (particularly just prior to departure) |
| IF YOU ARE AN OFFICIAL: |
| 1. You have procedures in place to follow |
| THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR WILL: |
| 1. Help both teams reschedule the match |
| 3. Work with the Assignment Secretary to get the matches played |
| IMPORTANT NOTE: |
| If you reschedule on your own there is no guarantee that officials will be available on that date. |
| Matches normally pile up in rainy weather and the officials that were originally assigned to you |
| may already be working somewhere else at your rescheduled time. We will all try to work together |
| on this matter. |

NOTES TO SOCCER REFEREES:
| 1. MATCHES NOT STARTED ON TIME WILL HAVE THE APPROPRIATE MINUTES DEDUCTED |
| FROM EACH HALF. WE ARE ON A VERY TIGHT TIME SCHEDULE. |
| 2. PLAYOFF TIES: FOR TIED MATCHES ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 8TH ONLY. |
| THERE WILL BE FOUR 5 MINUTE SUDDEN VICTORY PERIODS, THEN KICKS FROM THE MARK. |
| A SEPARATE GOAL AWAY FROM THE PLAYING FIELDS WILL BE PROVIDED. EACH TEAM WILL |
| BEGIN THE OVERTIME PERIODS WITH 10 PLAYERS AND REDUCE BY ONE PLAYER AFTER |
| EACH NON-SCORING PERIOD. |
| 3. WHEREAS RED CARDS ARE A POOL SCORING FACTOR; OFFICIALS MUST |
| REPORT RED CARDS IMMEDIATELY TO THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR. |

| CHANGING A MATCH |
| IF YOU WISH TO CHANGE A MATCH DATE AND/OR TIME: |
| 1. If the Assignment Secretary has to do the work it may |
| cost you a fee as per the Assignment Secretary agreement |
| 2. Notify the opposing coach as soon as possible |
| 3. Notify the officials as soon as possible |
| 4. Notify the tournament director |
