I've Got the Epson Blues...

Konica QP Paper

Konica QP "Photo Quality High Gloss Inkjet Paper" (QP50ltgh): Very nice . This was also recommended to me by a reader. Slightly whiter and brighter than PGPP, with a very similar surface texture and gloss. Printed using the Photo Quality Glossy Film setting, it's slightly cooler and less saturated than PGPP, and I actually prefer that. The purple thing next to the sunflower in the photodisc target is less purple than PGPP. In fact, nothing produces purple as nicely as the PGPP, in my experience. Nonetheless, I like it a lot. Let's hope it doesn't shift.

Printed with the backlit film setting, results are much warmer--a bit warmer than PGPP, but even less saturated. I like the PQGF setting better.

A crying shame, it is, that Epson won't fix these inks. This paper shifts, in the ozone chamber, almost as badly as the original PGPP. Even the west window test shows a little bit of shift, although I can't completely exclude ozone as a possible culprit.
