ALTHOUGH THE ARTICLE DEALS WITH EMPLOYABILITY, I BELIEVE THAT THE SAME CHARACTERISTICS HAVE APPLICATION TO INDIVIDUAL MANAGEMENT ABILITY, PLANT OR COMPANY ABILITY AND THE ABILITY OF AN ORGANIZATION TO BECOME AND REMAIN COMPETITIVE.
