*Managers Handbook*

   Here's a handy little hand book that you can download. It's designed to help managers handle apartments and tenants. It helps residential managers and management agencies know what to expect from each other (right hand, left hand syndrome).

   Once downloaded this book can be opened in your word processor. You're welcome to change it to meet your needs and requirements. Then you can store it on a floppy disc. You may print it and distribute it to your people. It's our gift to you!

Printing Instructions

   The book is layed out in landscape format so you must adjust your printer (in print properties) to print in landscape not portrait.

   All you need to do is print the odd pages (1,3,5,7). Then flip the pages over and print the even pages (2,4,6,8). You can fold it and staple it in the middle to make a nice little handbook.
