Scotty moved to San Diego in 1983 where he joined The Remains and met Bruce Sharp, one of the best musicians in the Southland. They have been in several bands since including the likes of Free Spirit, Aces Wild, Slo Grin, Scanners, Sneaker Kings, Tall Dudes and The Elmore Jennings Band and Rock Dogs. Scotty has played guitars with such greats as Bob (Big Boy) Saunders, Steve (Shoestring) Ondrechen, Robby Roberts, Randy Flores, Andy Greenburg, John (JT) Thompson, Mitch Costa, Rick Lee, Jimmy and Billy Gilsdorf, Al Swalling, LA Brown, Paul Kamanske, Dennis (Mr. Puppy) Ingrahm, Vic Morris, Jimmy Dobbins, Jim Roscamp, Craig Fellows, Kent Brisbin, and the list goes on and on and on. Scotty has performed everything from Country to the blues and all the way through Classic Rock to Metalica in most every club and venue in Southern California, Arizona and Nevada. He is currently touring with Rock Dogs. A Classic Rock & Roll Party band featuring Kent Brisbin and Mitch Costa & John "JT" Thompson.
