A Cash deposit will need to be made to
reserve your room. The move in cost is $ 650 x 2 +$200= $1500. One of the
reasons we required a deposit is because I nor does anyone else want to have
to evict you for non-payment 30 days should be enough time to work out any
problems. The rooms are also furnished so I am
allowed to collect more of a deposit.
We need to speak to you personally. Email is a rather impersonal,
ineffective way to chose a living companion. Send me a Pic and more info
about yourself including how long you will need the room and what you will
be doing while residing here (school, special job assignment, etc.).
You will be required to present Id to verify your identity, a copy will be
kept.
