We have indoor/outdoor cats, you will probably never see them, they are
terrified of strangers and spend most of their time, upstairs on my bed or
outside in the yard or on the roof. They climb ladders.
We use the common sense method of cleaning. We do expect regular help
vacuuming and sweeping and wiping down the kitchen floors, counter, stove,
chasing those pesky dust bunnies and occasional raking of leaves.
Smoking is permitted outside & in living room with sliding door open.
(Unless someone politely asks you not to) no smoking in bedrooms.
Most of the rules shouldn't even need to be
explained: but
If you make it dirty clean it up, return to the same
or better condition before you used it.
If you break it, you go buy a new one,
If it looks expensive or like an antique (Family
Heirloom) pass on the use.
If you don't know how something works or how it should
be done Ask.
Be considerate of the people you live with We are all
adults and should be able to conduct ourselves as such.
Wash only full loads in the

speed queen Washer + dryer (three loads a week) It is one of the largest
machines sold for residential use. No Downy or fabric sheets allowed

Buy your own detergent, toilet paper, rolls of paper
towels.
FOOD I provide basic condiments so we don't have 15
jars of Ketchup. Mustard, Reg. Mayo, Relish, BBQ sauce Canola cooking oil,
Soy sauce, A-1 Marinade, vinegar, Or you can get your own
.
KITCHEN Use hot water and Soap on dishes( Look at them
to make sure they are actually clean) dry your dishes and put them away (the
drainer is not long term storage solution).
Rinse out the kitchen sink (we don't want to enjoy
visually what you ate for days) Use the garbage disposal.
Wipe up any water immediately from hardwood floors
(Spot clean up your spills with Murphy's wood oil soap)
Take out the kitchen trash you make regularly. (Black
can) Use the recycling( Blue can) frozen food boxes newspaper cans, glass
jars rinsed,
Bedding and towels pillows are available for your use.
Please wash them regularly.
Move-out The beds are to be stripped down to the
mattress's and all pillows mattress covers blankets are to be folded and
left on bed when clean, The next person wants a clean bed too.
The floors should be vacuumed and washed (Rags
provided) the windows washed, Blinds vacuumed,. furniture, Fans, wiped down,
walls free of spider webs, dust and hand marks. If you don't want to clean I
can make arraignments for you to pay someone in advance to do it for you.
They charge $12.00/hr with a 5hr min.
