Recording of Curling Games
CurlStat allows you to record a lot of information during a curling game. This table summarizes the information you can record.  It also describes features that CurlStat includes to make recording easy
What can you record?
Call of the skip. Result of the shot.
Types of shots - hit, draw, freeze, etc.  Up to 14 types of shots available. Locations of the stones.
In turn, out turn. Location of the broom.
Score for the shot. Timing of shots -example - hog to hog for hits.
Notes about each shot. Weight call for hits.
Stones that will be used by each player. Reasons for a miss.
Color of the stones for each team. The game score at each end.
The club the game is played at. Sheet the game is played on.
Names of each player. Position of each player.
Recording-Related Features
Enter most data through keyboard or mouse. Quick keys speed data entry, allowing you to observe.
Screen display orients to your recording position, home end, away end, right or left side of the sheet. Size of the sheet and rocks displayed on screen adjust to the size of the window you select to use.
Instant statistical tables and chart are always available, and current through the last shot. Bookmark important shots for later review with your team or for instruction. 
Substitutes can be inserted for each end. Colors of the house are fully adjustable - four-foot, eight-foot, 4-foot strip, and the sheet.
Button diameter can be set. Allows storing of team names and team member names for rapid re-entry at game time.
Allows storing lists and descriptions of stones, for rapid assignment of stones to players, if desired. Get live statistics at any point during the recording of the game.
You can start recording at any end. Game scoreboard available anytime. Allow editing of the game scoring if needed.
On-screen scoring guide available anytime during game. Strategy board can be brought up on screen.
