This is an IBM GXT500 graphics card (FRU 40H3483) from a 7006-42T workstation. Note that it uses a 13W3 connector, so you will require an adapter if you want to use a VGA monitor with it.
This graphics card has a non-DOA warranty. This DOA warranty is valid for five days after delivery of the card. Please test the card promptly upon receipt. This means if the item is Dead On Arrival, I will refund your purchase price (buyer is responsible for return shipping charge). This warranty only covers DOA graphics cards. If the card is returned and tests good, I will consider the card non-DOA and I will ship it back to you at your cost.
