Solution Oriented

3517

Your problem is the one I am looking forward to finding a solution for.

Whether it be architectural, construction, expert witness, dispute resolution, they are similar in the way they get resolved.

In architecture school, studio projects always began with a written statement of the problem. Only after analyzing the problem can the design or solution process begin.

For architectural projects there are the technical requirements of structure, environmental system integration, code compliance, and production of a comprehensive set of Construction Documents (Plans and Specifications), for permits and bidding. Following this is the Construction Administration which includes site visits to ensure construction is proceeding according to the Construction Documents.

At every step of the process, there are challenges and solutions to be found, or as I prefer to think of them problems "turned into opportunities."

ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution)

In response to my experiences in construction defect cases attention has been directed to the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process.

There simply has to be a way to solve these very costly and involved construction related disputes in a Fast, Friendly, and Fair manner.

After receiving training from the Institute of Construction Management in the processes of Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute Review Boards, application was made and I was accepted to the CSLB (California Contractor State Licensing Board) to be a member of their panel of Arbitrators. I conduct these arbitration hearings and make awards based on the issues of the dispute.

From years of experience in architecture and construction, plus my years in the expert witness industry I know what works and what
does not work.

Let me put this experience into action for you and
turn your problems into
