The first and only sister park to Disneyland Anaheim is Disney's California Adventure. This Park opened on Feb 8, 2001. It opened with 4 main sections: Sunshine Plaza, Golden State, Hollywood Backlot, and Paradise Pier. In 2003 a 5th Land was introduced; A Bug's Land. This video will capture the Disney's California Adventure of 2007 and 2008. The Park is scheduled for some massive changes so this is the last documentation of the Park during it's opening years.

This DVD set (contains 2 disks) covers the entire Park. It is a bit different then my others DVDs in that it presents the entire Park focusing on giving you an overview. Of course there are some full length ride videos just like my other DVDs. However, many of the DCA rides prohibit video taping: in those cases you will see a snippet of the show to give you a feel of the ride. Please read the description carefully for further information.

As you walk past the CALIFORNIA letters out front you enter into the first Land - The Sunshine Plaza. The video features a look around the land, the parade/musical High School 2 (entire show) and the Block Party Bash (entire parade.)

Video 2: The Golden State
The largest of all the Lands is the Golden State. You will tour all areas; Condor Flats, Grizzley Park, San Francisco, the Wharf, and the Napa areas. In addition to the tour you will ride the Grizzley River Rapids (entire ride), see the docudramas for Boudin and Mission Tortilla, and you will see snippets of The Golden Dreams movie and Soarin Over California.

Video 1: A Bugs Land
This segment will take you all around the Bountiful Farms area seeing all of the Bugs Life creations. You will also tour the Flik's Fun Fair area. This video segment finishes with the queue of It's Tough To Be A Big as well as a couple snippets from the show.

Video 2: Hollywood Backlot
This is a long and jam packed segment. In addition to the usual look around you will find many tantilizing videos. You will ride Monster's Inc (entire ride), see snippets from the Muppet 3D queue and movie, you will see rare footage from the AP Preview of the Tower of Terror hosted by Gallagher (in addition to seeing the ride) and you will finally sit in with Turtle Talk with Crush!

Growing up on the beaches of Southern Cal, this area holds special memories for me. The video starts off with an incredible ride on the California Screamin' Roller Coaster (entire). You will also tour all the rides and the the boardwalk at night.

When I ship my DVDs I currently use a slim case method. This makes inventory and shipping easier. The quality of the DVD covers for the slim cases is fantastic. (The cover links you see on these pages are the high quality full color graphics I use for those cases.) However, from time to time someone asks me about full size graphics for standard DVD cases (like the DVDs you purchase in the store.)

I recommend printing in full color, highest quality, and on glossy photo paper. Just cut around the edges and slip into any full size DVD case. You can use the case from a DVD you no longer want or you can purchase these cases from any office supply store.

Option 2: I will do all the work for you. I will print it out at the best setting on an the best paper. I will insert the graphic into a case and send you the case. Then you just add your DVD to it and now you have a wonderful keepsake. The cost for this service is just $5 per DVD. PLEASE NOTE: This does not include the DVD itself; only the full size graphic inserted into a case. The price does include all shipping and handling fees.

Please note: Many of the rides as Disney's California Adventure prohibit video photography. For the rides that Disney says 'no' taping too you will not see on this DVD in it's entirity. I have included a couple snippets from those rides to help you remember or to understand what a ride is like. However, if a ride/show permits video taping then you will see that ride/show in it's entirity. Please read the descriptions carefully.

The musical Aladdin...A Musical Spectacular does not appear on this DVD - you can purchase the entire show on it's own DVD.
