I've had my eye on a set of deflectors and finally stashed (secretly of course) some funds to get them on 10 October, 2005...regardless if my wife likes them or not. I nabbed the lowest internet price (including shipping) and printed a copy as proof to Honda Cars Of Bellevue. |

I called the dealership to see if they had them in stock...which they did. I then asked if they'd match internet pricing...which they still do. The dealership priced the Hood Deflector at $125 and the Door Visors at $199. So I drove down there with the printout of internet pricing. They sold them to me at $93.75 for the Hood Air Deflector and $139.30 for the Door Visors (plus $19.95 for shipping + $16 for tax), saving me about $90--yes!! I picked them up and began installing them as soon as I could since my wife was out shopping with her friend and I didn't want to get caught in the act. I started with installing the hood deflector which took about 45 minutes (taking pictures and reading the instructions). The only noticeable mistake with the instructions were identifying only 2 clips that had to be removed under the hood (left & right side), when there are actually 3 clips. I moved on to the door visors and I think they also took about 45 minutes. Both installs were fairly easy and look great! |
