Java Chat Clients Part 3.

Perusing the Mozilla Firefox forums has revealed the secret to getting Java to work in Firefox running on Linux. Now all those Java applets that did not work before will do so now. This is a MAJOR step forward for me as it breaks one more tie to Windows. The truth is that at this point, there are not very many reasons for me to run Windows at all. A few games are all that is holding be from deleting Windows from my computer completely.

Java Chat Clients Part 2.

On futher consideration, I believe that the problem is that everyone is writing to the Java Virtual Machine that is in Microsoft Internet Explorer. Which basically leaves anything Linux based out in the cold. Somehow this does not surprise me.

Java Chat Clients.

I really hate java in general and java chat clients in particular. For some unknown reason, I cannot get any to work under linux. I keep installing Java but the linkages are not being made for some reason. There must be some way to make it work, but how it is done escapes me.
