All Americans, Vietnamese, and Third Country Nationals (TCN’s) who were with the Office of Rural Affairs in 1965, as well as other American, Vietnamese and TCN associates and friends from that era, were cordially invited, along with spouses or other close ones.  We also welcomed our friends from the International Voluntary Services (IVS) in Vietnam.
