Hi, my name is Yelena Heaton. I am the owner of
Russian Charm Imports and a big fan of russian traditional art
of Finift. I live in Southern California with my husband Jim
and two wonderful kids Grigory and Anastasia. I am a Russian-born
American and very proud to be a citizen of this great country.
A few years ago when we
were traveling in Russia, we visited the ancient city of Rostov
the Great. The city itself is very small but has a beautiful
kremlin (the word "kremlin" means fortress in old russian)
and is famous for it's artistry. There we discovered the Finift
factory, and their beautiful hand-painted enamels. We were so
captivated by these fabulous masterpieces that we decided to
share them with the rest of the world - and our business was
born!
