RVTA Group initiative on Facebook.com, 3/26/2008

I have created a Group for RVTA members and their friends on the social networking site Facebook.com.

For the present I will administer this group but may pass the administration on later to another volunteer.
We invite you to join this group if you have an interest in tennis and are willing to promote tennis in the Roanoke Valley.
To do this you must create a profile on facebook.com   In this profile you need only provide the information you would like other visitors to the site to read. You may, for example choose not to provide your birth date.

Once you have joined you will be able  to read other members profiles and send them messages. You will also be able to join the Group. Simply click on groups and do a search using the key word  Tennis or RVTA
The site has other capabilities that will be useful to members of the group such as phone numbers, email addresses etc.
