Instructions for Downloading or Viewing and Printing files.

You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader, version 3 or later, on your computer in order to view or print the .pdf files listed on this site.
To download a file right click on the link and select "save target as" in the drop-down list.

Your computer will open a "save as" window which will allow you to give the file a name.

When you click OK the file will be downloaded to your computer for later viewing with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

You may also be able to view and print a file without saving a copy if your computer browser has access to your Acrobat Reader Program. This can be done simply by Left-clicking on the link.
