Our Wedding

We're getting married on May 8th at a private home in northwest Tucson.

We had to do a lot of soul-searching when we were deciding what our wedding ceremony would look like. Ultimately we discovered that our wedding ceremony is meant to be a place of meaning and connection to our nearer community. It is a not just a place for a deliriously happy celebration (though it is indeed that!). It is primarily a place for a solemn, lifelong commitment before God and before people who are intimately involved in our lives.

While we regrettably cannot invite all our friends to the ceremony, we would like everyone to celebrate our marriage with us. We will be hosting an open house celebration at our own home a few weeks after the wedding date. Everyone who wants to can come and wish us well in our new life together. We'll post more specific information about the open house soon.
