Spent many days & nights as security
on this bridge.There was a Cap Unit to the north and a large village
to the south of this bridge.
The Marine know as "Red" giving the
peace sign stayed in the Corps for 27 years, now retired. We talked to
each other before Christmas '97 for the first time in 31 years.
Local market south of the bridge crossing
the Song Vu Gia . We would pick up a soda here for the long walk
back after the morning road sweeps.
