Our purpose at KOSA Awards is to reward webmasters and webmistresses who have put time and effort into making their site clean and a valuable contribution to the internet. We believe at KOSA that there are to many sites on the internet witch have no purpose or value and we strive, by creating this awards program, to try to better the 'net. At KOSA we award sites which excel in content, design, and navigation, which we beleive are the essential elements of a website. Also we are trying to encourage webmasters and webmistresses to keep making their sites better because we believe every site has the potential to become a great site. So, in simple terms, we are trying to reward outstanding sites (hence our name). Your Judge, Keith Avery
