General:
- To qualify for this awards please submit sites
which have at LEAST 2 pages
of content (points will be given for this, see Criteria.)

Please, out of
consideration for site visitors sites should be free of illegal
content (such as file downloads, etc.)
- Site
elements not tolerated by KOSA and most other surfers are pornography,
nudity, obscene language, and and any other elements which might make
it unsafe for
children to view.

Unnecessary pop-ups such as welcome messages and
advertisements are annoying so please free your site of them (pop-ups
and ads placed on your website because of a
free web server are fine, you can't help that.)
- To allow visitors to experience your site fully, it should
not require a password or invade privacy.
Visitor Consideration:

Comet cursors and mouse trails are unnecessary and may
slow loading time, so please do not include any in your site.

Please have the option to turn off continuos background
music, as it can get annoying after a while.

Please try to keep your site free of spelling and
grammatical errors; most editing programs have spell checkers, please
use them. 15 errors is the maximum
number allowed.
Other:
-
Please do not submit your site if you are below 18 years
of age (COPPA.)

Everyone's original work should be respected so please use
others work with permission, please do not have any copyright infringements
on your site.
- Most people do not have high speed internet, so your site must load within a
reasonable time (under 1 minute on 1.5 MBPS cable.)
