Welcome to Sam's Records. I'm not a record dealer, just an avid garage and estate sale junkie. The records at this site are mainly surplus from my overzealous Saturday morning purchases! I would rather trade than sell because I then can add to my collection (as if I need any more!) If you don't see anything here that interests you, feel free to email your want list.

Although I specialize in 1950s vocal group harmony (doo-wop), I have all types of records: LPs, 45s, some 78s, EPs, Rock, R&B, Rock-a-billy, Jazz, Surf, British, C&W, Punk, etc.

Record Collectors Of Arizona meeting Pictures:

Since 1996, a group of doo wop and 50's music lovers have been meeting every Thursday evening. We began meeting at members homes, but have grown so large that we now meet at Chronic Car Audio. Everyone brings a box of 45's and in between good conversation and food, we take turns playing our 45's. The core group consists on myself (Sam Hill), Lee Yoakam, Todd Scheider, Jim Stone, Tony Keras, Mike Bell, Richard Fisher, Dennis Chiesa, Carol Willams, John Dominguez, Jim Lincoln, Joe Volinich, Nadine Wells, Big Mike Lenaburg and Shey & Hub Blanchette. Occasionally we are joined by Ray Baxter of Pine, AZ, and local collectors David Wein, Lenny Jablonski, Jim Small, John Dixon and Les Moss. We have had guests such as Gaynell Hodge of the Hollywood Flames and George Grant of the Castelles on Grand. Here are a few pictures and notes from our gatherings:
