San Diego 100 Mile Endurance Run
Training Run Schedule
We will be conducting four training runs to help familiarize participants with the course. All of the runs will start and finish at the Cuyamaca School camp at 7:00 am on Saturday mornings. We will provide only water to participants! Runners choosing to join us must contact us at Sandiego100@cox.net at least one week prior to the scheduled run so that we may set out enough water.
You are participating in these training sessions at your own risk. The SD100 RD’s and the SURF club do not accept any responsibility for your safety during these training sessions. No transportation will be provided to participants who are incapable of completing each run. Runners should carry enough water to cover up to 8 miles between refilling and sufficient enough food for the entire run. Please download and bring a copy of the run map and turn-by-turn directions with you.
