Mount Helix

This small bouldering area is located at the top of Mount Helix in the very tiny Mount Helix County Park. Easy access makes this an ideal spot for a quick work out. While bouldering here, do not block traffic on the road, and stay low key to insure that access to the rocks continues to be allowed.

How to get there : From Interstate 8 between La Mesa and El Cajon, take the Fuerte Dr. exit. Continue on Fuerte Dr. until just past Lemon Ave. where you take a right turn on Mount Helix Dr. Follow this road to the top of the hill.
