I referred her to Carolyn Belko at the Iyengar center in Encinitas so she could have an Iyengar junior level III teacher look after her and her baby and get additional education and wonderful props. Carolyn is an amazing and knowledgeable teacher. We are so lucky to have her close by in Encinitas. Any of my students that are pregnant and taking classes from me, I would highly recommend going to Carolyn once a week, in addition to my classes, if at all possible.
