Introducing Belly Dance Essentials
with Amy Oliveira

This is a class intended to enlighten, strengthen and inspire unique movement in women of all walks, shapes, and ages in a supportive environment. For those that have been curious, but have yet to experience the ancient dances of the Middle-East, this is for you!

The 6-class session will include:
- Strengthening and sensuous warm-ups
- Foundations of body isolations, including shimmies, belly rolls, and much more.
- The elegant art of Middle-Eastern veil dancing.
- Fun combinations, layering and short choreographies to tie it all together.

Beginning Tuesday 7/21 AND Thursday 7/23, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
