This ocean view, pool-side, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers king sized beds in each bedroom
as well as a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. The California décor includes
travertine flooring throughout, maple cabinets, granite countertops, and a custom fireplace.
Relax in the spacious living room on an oversized sectional sofa
and enjoy a movie on the 42” plasma TV while taking in the ocean view and cozy fire.
Sit-down ocean views can be enjoyed from both the living room and second bedroom.
Take a peak of the Pacific in the state-of-the-art kitchen that includes all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops,
microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser in the door, and top-of-the-line culinary equipment.
The airy dining area has seating for six and is adjacent to a private travertine covered patio.
This patio includes seating for two, a view of the pool and spa, and a stainless steel gas barbeque.
Relax in the condominimum's pool and spa, which is adjacent to our condo.
In the master bedroom you will enjoy a luxurious California King bed
and a console table with a cable high-speed Internet modem.
The master bedroom also includes a built-in armoire containing a 32” TV and VCR/DVD player
and a patio overlooking the pool and spa.
The luxurious master bedroom’s private bathroom comes with double sinks and a walk-in travertine shower.
The second bedroom includes a plush California King bed.
In the second bedroom, you will also find a 27” built-in TV with a DVD player.

Enjoy the view of the Pacific Ocean from the second bedroom's private patio.

The main bathroom has double sinks and a combination travertine bathtub/shower. 

Also in the main bathroom is an enclosed laundry area with a washer, dryer, and ironing station

    • Monthly rates are available
    • Payment Policy:  A deposit of $500 is required at the time the reservation is made.
      Your deposit will be returned 2-3 weeks after departure less a $125 cleaning fee.
      The balance will be due 30 days before your arrival at the condo.
      Credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover), checks, money orders,
      or money transfers/wires will be acceptable payments.
