CALLING ALL SBSL COOKS TO ENTER CHILI CONTEST!
The next meeting of the St. Bernard Sportsman’s League will be held on Thursday, Feb. 19
at 7:00 PM in the Crustacean Room behind Lehrmann’s, 135 W. St Bernard Hwy., Chalmette.
This is our annual Chili Cooking Contest and we are looking for cooks to make this contest
a success! You just need to enter a small pot of chili (4 to 5 lbs. of meat). Judges will select
the winners and the club members, spouses and children get to sample the entries. Don’t be
afraid to enter, cook some chili and come win an award and bragging rights until next year.
First Place wins $ 50, Second Place wins $ 30 and Third Place wins $ 20.
