Dear Members,

     Our next meeting is Thursday, March 19 at 7 PM in the Crustacean Room behind Lehrman's Seafood and Bar. 

We are looking for cooks to enter the Jambalaya contest.  

Please bring a small batch of your favorite jambalaya recipe for our judges to taste.  

We will have cash prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place.

     The annual crawfish boil will be held at the April 16th meeting.  

We are hoping to have a ticket price set and start collecting at the March meeting.  

Also, we will discuss changing the start time for the crawfish boil to possibly 6:00 or 6:30PM.   

Please try to attend our monthly meetings and encourage any fellow members you are friends with to attend!  

New members are always welcome!
