1. Broil rice with a little bit of sugar and half teaspoon of vinegar. The rice has to be a little bit sticky but no too much, because it would lose his texture. I recommend to use special rice for making sushi. |
|
| 2. Put over a bamboo mat a roasted seaweed and once the rice is not too hot, spread a thin amount of rice over the seawe |

3. Add
your favorite ingredients cut in long and thin pieces. My advise is to use
avocado, cucumber, carrots, and sea food (raw or cooked) In order to
make a roll, you should put the ingredients in the side closer to you. For
making the roll use the bamboo mat. Try to make the roll kind of tight, this way you'll have better results. |

4. Inviting somebody to this project could be fun. I invited my husband Gus. |

5. Once you have the roll ready, the next step is to cut it in small pieces and the same size. You can add sesame seed to the pieces. Here there is an example about the thing that you shouldn't make, see step 3. You can see better the bad rolled sushi that Gus made he he. But it doesn't matter, anyway it is delicious yummy!!!!!!!!!!! |
