The Central Valley yard is east of town. The main shops of the SE&CV are located here.

East of the Central Valley yard is the power plant.

Continuing east from Central Valley you go up a two percent grade to Mineville.

One worker at the mine sits on the loading dock with his lunch while the other directs the truck driver delivering some supplies. Mineville is also the summit on the SE&CV.

No Name is a small farming community, not too many folks live here yet.

Eastport, the last navigable port on the Susquehanna River, is the eastern end of the SE&CV. The waterfront district includes the Port Authority Wharf and Wharehouse, American Box Company, the Cannery, and an interchange with the B&O.

Also on the waterfront in Eastport is a grain elevator and a Shell Oil Terminal.
Eastport is also home to a minor league ballteam.

Joshua Junction, a small Amish community, is the first town west of Stevensville. On the hill above you can see the coal mine at Mineville.
From Joshua Junction the track curves downhill towards Bedford.

The lower three staging loops represent Bedford, PA the western end of the SE&CV. Here the SE&CV interchanges traffic with the Bedford Branch of the Pennsylvania Railroad. Above is the future site of the Joshua Junction cattle ranch with the SE&CV summit east of Mineville on the top level. Below is a photo of the Golden Spike ceremony at the summit of the SE&CV.
