Striped Bass Fishing is a serious pursuit. It can be extremely dangerous if a person is impaired. This is no Place to NOT be on the "Top of Your Game". You could miss the fish of a lifetime. The following Rules are intended to make your fishing trip as safe and pleasurable as possible.   1.   If an evening or night charter is booked and the captain determines the wheather is unsafe to go, the charter must be available to fish the next morning or they will loose their deposit.   2.   The Captain has ZERO Tolerance for illegal drugs. Anyone possessing or intending to use illegal drugs on the MACATAC will be returned to port immediatly and will be subject to immediate arrest.   3.   No Firearms allowed on board unless in the possession of a Law Enforcement Officer.   4.   No hard Alcohol. Small amounts of Beer or Wine are OK but must only be used in moderation. If a customer shows up at the dock intoxicated, that person will not be allowed to go on the charter -- period... no exceptions.
