Coronado / Silver Strand Run   (073005)

1. From the Tidelands Park playground, south along the sidewalk which turns into a bike path
2. Underneath the Coronado Bridge
3. Continue along the bike path which now is going northwest
4. L- Glorietta Bl
5. Stay on Glorietta as it loops south, west, north and west again
6. Merge Left onto a bike path that is along the south side of Glorietta (the bike path starts near the Coronado Yacht Club tennis courts)
7. The bike path turns south and runs along the east side of the Silver Strand (aka Silver Strand Bl and Highway 75)

Notes:
• There is no toll to cross the Coronado Bridge to get to Tidelands Park.
• The Silver Strand bike path is a two-way asphalt path shared by runners, walkers, roller bladders and bikers.  
• Cars cross the Silver Strand bike path at intersections.  Please watch for cross traffic.
• The Silver Strand bike path is generally in good shape and clean, but there is an occasional pothole and rock.  
• Mile 9 of the red line route is on a bridge just past the point where the bike path diverges from Highway 75.
