Free Rental Application The unit featured on this website is now rented until May 31, 2009. You may already know that quality housing is very limited in the SDSU area. Many students plan ahead for their housing needs several months in advance so good places like this go fast. If you want to be considered for the next lease period of June 1, 2009 through May 31, 2010 then contact me now. Monthly Rent is $3400 for the next lease period starting June 1, 2009. One Year Lease required, 5 person maximum. Pets & Smoking not allowed. Rent includes Trash Collection, Landscaping, Off Street Parking for 4 Cars and Use of Pool, Jacuzzi & Tennis Court. Cable TV, Internet, Water, Gas and Electric Utilities are additional. Utilities when shared between 4 or 5 people can be very low especially if you are not wasteful (I will advise you on how to save money on these utility expenses). |
