Thank you for visiting this website.  I designed it to help you get a full understanding of what this fantastic Townhouse has to offer.  Hopefully it will answer all your questions but if not please contact me so that I can tell you more in person.  Let me tell you a bit more about my personal experience with this Townhouse.

I have owned this unit since 1989 and lived in it until 2002.  During the first 3 years of that time I was a Graduate Student at SDSU and road my bike to the campus for classes and work.  After finishing SDSU I lived in the unit as a working professional commuting to Sorrento Valley.  I have served on the Board of Directors of the Home Owners Association and I still get involved whenever I can to help keep the community as desirable as it always has been.

During the 13 years I lived in this unit I've done so as a single man with 3 roommates and eventually as a married man.  I know from all these personal experiences what a fantastic place this is to live in no matter what your phase of life is.  The unit is well designed for a shared living situation (roommates), for a couple or a family with 1, 2 or 3 children.  The things I enjoyed the most about living here was the convenient lifestyle Townhome living creates (no yard work!), use of the Pool, Jacuzzi and Tennis Court, the spacious floor plan (2300 Sq Ft!) and the peaceful neighborhood.  This is truly an Oasis in the College Area and all of San Diego!

As hard as it was to move out of the unit it was an important decision for my wife and I to make.  We now live in Spring Valley only a few miles away so if there is ever a need to take care of something I am only 15 minutes away.

I take a lot of pride in the unit and am looking for tenants that will do the same.  I am always interested in doing the things that will make the unit even more enjoyable and functional to live in.  I welcome suggestions and will work with my tenants to customize the property in ways that make it better for everyone.

I have done the following things to renovate and modernize the unit from it's original style:

  • replaced kitchen counter top tile

  • replaced carpets in all rooms with high quality Stain Master nylon carpet

  • replaced linoleum floors in kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room

  • replaced all drapes with contemporary blinds.

  • replaced all bathroom and kitchen sink faucets

  • replaced all 3 toilets with modern low flow design

  • installed overhead lighting fixtures and ceiling fans

  • installed gas logs in the fireplace

  • installed 50 gallon hot water heater

  • installed ultra quiet and energy efficient dishwasher

  • installed maximum sized and energy efficient refrigerator

  • installed modern digital oven and microwave

  • installed modern glass cook top.

  • installed energy efficient clothes washer and dryer

  • installed storage cabinet and clothes bar in laundry room

  • installed sky light in kitchen

  • installed 8 foot florescent lights in garage

  • installed ultra quiet and secure automatic garage door opener

  • installed motion detector on outside light

  • installed new outside light fixtures

  • installed new front door hardware

  • installed contemporary light switches

  • installed new electric outlets where needed

  • installed built in hair dryer in master bathroom

  • resurfaced the decks and balconies

  • resurfaced all the cabinets throughout the unit (kitchen, bathroom, hall)

  • customized the wood working around the stair case

  • remodeled bedroom closets

  • wired all bedrooms for cable and internet

  • removed paneling from upstairs room

  • tinted windows to reduce bright sun light

  • improved landscaping around unit for more privacy
