We offer support for the QuickBooks Point of Sale, and QuickBooks accounting softwares. We are a 100% American based company.
Are you tired of calling for technical support for your software, and you cannot understand the support person, and they can't understand you? Wouldn't it be nice to speak to someone that understands you, AND your business?
Our technicians are former employees of Intuit, Inc. Each of them has a minimum of 3 years supporting the software and it's customers. We know the program, it's capabilities, and it's strengths and drawbacks. We provide honest answers to your questions, and if we feel that you would be better suited using a different software, we will tell you.
Do you like working with just 1 person? That is the way we like to operate. Choose your agents extension to speak with them. If they are not available, leave them a voice mail.
Hate Long Distance charges? Try Skype, you can contact us through Skype, video conference with your technician, even allow the technician to link in and see your system. Or, use the "Call Me Back" buttons, this way, the call is on our dime!

Technical support calls are charged at $ 1.97 US dollars per minute. Special rates may be arranged for upon a mutual agreement with the Company. All charges will be invoiced and payable through PayPal. or a major credit card through a PayPal invoice. Charges will be at the discretion of the Agent handling the call.
