Scott Fair
Scott joined Intuit in 1997, providing support in the TurboTax program. He later moved to the QuickBooks accounting software, where he served on several specialty teams.
When Point of Sale program was first initiated, Scott was the first technician ever hired to support the Point of Sale program. He has supported every version of Point of Sale produced in the United States.
Scott also served on the Help Desk team, who's job was to provide guidance for the support agents when they were struggling. The Help Desk team also performed password removals, and some data recovery services for the Point of Sale customers.
Scott has specialized knowledge of pet store, feed store, saddle and tack shop operations. This is a person that knows the difference between a Hock and a Hackamore.
Scott and his family currently reside in Arizona, where they share their lives with their St. Bernards, and their horses
