Steve joined Intuit in October of 2000. Since then he has provided excellent support to his customers. Steve has a wonderful ability to put complex issues into plain language. Although he is Canadian, he has served in the U.S. Navy with distinction. An avid fisherman, Steve enjoys going to the lakes in Arizona in his spare time.
