This is a little about me and my business….
My name is SHERRY RONNING.
I have been married for over 11 years and have 2 beautiful daughters, Lexie who is 7 and Calli who is a year old. I started decorating cakes in 1999 when I did my daughters 1st birthday cake. I then did cakes for family and friends and started getting more and more requests. I decided to open my licensed kitchen in 2003 and enjoy learning new and interesting techniques everyday.
I provide fresh baked cakes to order in my state-licensed kitchen which is located in my home separate from my everyday kitchen. I am annually inspected by the State of Michigan’s Department of Agriculture and have passed with flying colors. I have almost 2 decades of training in safe food handling techniques.
I am a proud member on ICES (International Cake Exploration Societe), which is an international organization of over 4000 members who all share the love of sugar artistry.
I also volunteer with local scouts to inspire the art form of cake decorating.
