Farhad Mirfakhrai

Farhad was diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML) in February 2005. By August of 2005 he was cancer free and back to work. Unfortunately, Farhad had a case of reoccurrence in September of 2006. Once again, he went under chemotherapy and his marrow is cancer free. However, he needs a bone marrow transplant to get rid of Leukemia for good. Unlike last year doctors can't use Farhad's bone marrow this time. He needs a donor.
The purpose of this site is to help find a perfect match for Farhad. Since Farhad is Iranian, he will have a better chance of finding a donor with similar ethnic background.
