SHITOKAI USA 25th ANNUAL KARATE-DO TOURNAMENT
                           
 We will be hosting the 25th Annual Friendship Food Drive Tournament, we are working on having

SHITOKAI USA GASSHUKU 2006
 

 The four day event taught by both Murayama,K. Shihan and Rabino,T. Sensei covered Nanban Sato-ryu Kenpo, and
Shito-ryu Karate. The room filled energy of kata & bunkai was everlasting with participation from California, Arizona,
Missouri, Illinois and Mexico. The 1st of events hosted by Sensei Ray Hughes (Scottsdale, Az) covered Kumite, Shito-ryu
kata/bunkai, judging clinics and Nanban Sato-ryu. The material taught at Sensei Marlon Moore (Gilbert, Az) and Sensei
Rick Savagian (Phoenix, Az) was similar but had a different blend of various kata's. One bunkai was taught from each
Heian kata, and from Koshokun-dai.
 All students that attended paid there participation fees, and no one was excluded. This helped in the funding of bringing
Shihan over from Monterrey, Mexico. I would like to thank all participants who helped in supporting this annual event, also
I would like to thank all participants who helped in the raffle ticket sale to assist in the fund raiser to help the Mexico team
on there venture Japan's Shito-kai World Championships. Thanks to Sensei S. Dennis (Illinois) Pete Mangosing - (California)
in joining us in our four day event of Shito-ryu Budo.
